    The "metal part".... is trimcap, and it's plastic with a metal core. You just trace your face onto a piece of acrylic and cut it out. Then trimcap it with some methylene. :help: Somehow I think you should pass on this anyway if you don't know the basics. Sorry....being blunt.....I know!!!!

    It's..... Arial Bold distorted horizontally. Here's a tip....take the original Arial response and overlay it on your bitmap to see if it's correct. :Welcome:
