    You can start with a basic engraving or drafting font..... and then alter the serifs...which appears to been have done on the sample.

    Thanks much.... he's so proud of his logo. I had to convince him that although his "branding" consists of black type, black would not show up on a window. He just couldn't grasp that. I think it was italicised before it was "fit to path".

    My initital thought was......... A very distorted and outlined Americana XBdCn BT... but no.
