Faulty cable.?

No...I still don't think it is right.Why the red stripy thingy through your text? Almost look like a print mistake.Like media feed error or encoder strip dirty or the knife got stuck. Then also the badge on the left look like some emblem for a secret society.

You are half way there. At least it sounds like the electronics are fine.My guess...at the very worse new print heads. Well done so far,we will get this baby printing just fine...you will see!

Sorry this will sound like I am insulting your intelligence but have you tried printing in rgb or vice versa in cmyk?

The way to do it is to secure it to a wooden loading pallet.Then load the pallet
