    I get a very Deep rich yellow on my SP-300V using the following RGB values in Flexi, printed from Versaworks. R - 255 G - 217 B - 0 For a lighter Yellow I use R - 255 G - 255 B - 0
  2. Trouble printing Bergin Fills w/flexi

Versaworks recognizes Flexi's contour cut just fine, I generally apply all my contour cuts in Flexi then export as .EPS and then print/cut from Versaworks.
  3. Trouble printing Bergin Fills w/flexi

That is odd because Bergen Design Fills print beautifully on my PC-600 & SP-300V out of Flexi, have you tried exporting the file as .EPS and printing it from Versaworks? That works fine for me as well.
  4. Air bubbles under vinyl

Hey call me old fashioned but wouldn't it be easier and appear to be a bit more professional to actually learn how to apply vinyl properly without bubbles or wrinkles?
  5. ? Flexi 8 - Upper Case File Ext. ?

    Matthew, thanks for the clarification.
  6. ? Flexi 8 - Upper Case File Ext. ?

This is not really causing any problems just kinda curious as to why it's doing it. Flexi 8 is saving my files with an upper case .FS extension as to where previous versions always saved with a lower case .fs extension. Is this occuring to anyone else and does anyone know why this is happening?

  10. Work Bench Top

Gotta love the self healing cutting mats, got one a couple years ago when they finally became available in 6' x 12' from Speed Press, I'll never have anything else on my main production table.
  11. roland sp-540v cutting capabilities?

Susan, the easiest way I have found to produce templates (stencils) in-house is to use 1mm PVC sheet, on your cutter cut the artwork from some old unwanted vinyl & apply it to the PVC, now using an exacto knife simply hand cut out your stencil, use a straight edge (ruler) for straight lines and...
  12. What gets you to the shop and back?

    Nope, probably One Shot.
  13. What gets you to the shop and back?

For 24 years it was this 82 Toyota pu, 450,000 miles with no major engine work ever, notice the 24 year old Arlon vinyl pinstriping (good stuff). Man that was a good little truck, should have never sold it.
  14. Versaworks Problem with Tiling

Doyle, My Versaworks appears to be version 1.7.1, I got my printer about 9 months ago at which time the tech loaded Versaworks and updated it to it's most current version at that time, the printer & Versaworks has worked pretty much flawlessly from day one so I've felt that "if it ain't broke...
  15. Versaworks Problem with Tiling

Doyle, I do this all the time with Versaworks without any problems, it sounds like you are trying to reRIP the file which is not necessary, just go into job settings and select the panel you want to print, deselect the ones you don't want printed, click OK, then click the Print button, not the...

  20. Versacamm is all jacked up

High Octane, When I first got my VersaCamm I was not told to leave the main power on and within a short time the heads dried up badly. I followed suggestions from another user on another forum to clear the heads. Take a small piece of flat smooth glass, put a puddle of cleaning solution on the...
