    make sure its the same make model and within a few numbers on the serial number. Ive replaced dozens of lappy screens but they must be close in make mode l and serial number.. Often you can repair the screen. Often the backlit tube is out and can be replaced.

    is it pulling of the roll? is the roll straight? Pre-feed out the material of the roll so that the heavy weight does not alter accuracy....

    24" is a waste of time. a 30" wil be almost what you need. I had a 36" and outgrew it in the first week. a 54" will do just about every thing will be asked to do. I have a 60" and do not use the full size very much.

    Happens all the time. They ask for the fonts because they do not wish to be trapped in to a mess when or if you move on. They are assuming that you will supply the fonts and have charged accordingly. OR the font is converted, or they ask for a list fonts used. All to often as of late, too...

    Don't know about flexi.. However I just tested several other dongle programs including some fancy smancy accounting packages and a CAD/CAM, and a milling software (for a engineering company) and all are running fine. Plus I am running win 7 on a P4 2.4 gig machine and its perfect happy.

    But,, the program list requires too many clicks to start a program.. Will not work with legacy vid cards. New Taskbar really sux.. Stupid shut down procedure.. Why do they insist on making it 5 clicks. Just put a shut down button there... geeeses pinned icons are a pain and space waster...

    About what? Not getting a good print is a wide spectrum of a complaint. Please describe what you mean by not getting good prints... Is the gradient banded? Is it not gradient enuf? is it blocky?

    always use a font manager of some type. Someday, manually removing a fount will give you grief with no end,.

    are u print rgb to cymk? if so the conversion washed out the color a little
