Sounds like you cut or scored the clearcoat when cutting on the paint. Paint looking "not to bad" on a 99 model is either old, repainted or touched up. Don't think it is the 3M. wayne k guam usa

Colin I tend to think that most of the tools in Draw are set up for artwork that will be printed or stay digital. Rounded overlapping strokes are fine for this. Inspire on the other hand had a focus on cut vinyl, making these tools a little less useful. wayne k guam usa

If you don't want to use a stroke to create the contours you can build your contour and then fillet the corners you want rounded. wayne k guam usa

I don't have that problem with split rolls in the same box but I have been getting IJ35 in original 3M packing that comes in with without the plastic around the roll. Makes me cringe as I see the postman dolly it through the rain into our shop. 180c from the same supplier comes in sealed up...
