I pray that is not true. In fact, if I ever go to purchase a new cutter,, and they say I must send it back thus paying several hundreds bux shipping, then a couple hundred more to change out a $6.00 wear strip,, They will never sell me that cutter.

I agrees. I've personally redone work installed by our local lowball pickle skinner. The bubbles do not always go away. Not sure what the dif is but it seems calandered vinyl has a bigger problem with them staying.. Or maybe it was cast. I really didn't pay attention to which but it did seem...

i had a 2 grand warranty on my encad.. it was used well.... for cleaning and changing the 50 bux in bushings,, and to chat with the tech now and then...

dotn sell that junk anywhere.. its a waste of a good cutter... Dont even make it,, ITs a waste of good electricity.. Let the lamers do it ,, and while they are wasting their time cutting that crap you get a good book about design and learn it,, Then while they are selling a few stickers each...

i tried it,,, liked it,, but love corel draw / cocut pro more,,,

corel draw and cocut pro would be my choice,,, For one reason is resale value if anything. VMP seems to be asleep. Every now and then they announce the soon comming version 3,, but then they fall asleep again..

if its hpgl (more than likely) the generic hpgl driver will work just fine

I am sure you mistyped what this means.. Cobbled up usually means something whipped together out of whatever was around to get you by in a pinch... Corel draw had means to cut vinyl all the way from version 6.. Plus the plugin named cocut fits corel and illy and autocad perfectly and gives...

get a NAME brand.. suma, graphtec, roland,, do not get a cheap one.. or you will be very sad someday..

$5.00 bux for a really nice vector is too good a deal to pass up.. If I ever needed a vector I certainly would purchase it from Fred a his price..

i make most of my own,, texas would be so easy,,, trace a map and teh state flag and away i would go.. FREE.. :)

dotn know how the winpc works , have no idea.. get cocut that plugs in with corel...and you can run corel and cut straight to the cutter
