I have installed Daktronics displays with wireless and they work well. It Does need to be direct line of sight, though.
Another thing to consider is the option of just sending the message directly to the sign by connecting a laptop to it. You would create all of your messages in your software...
I use a wagner steamer most of the time. During a typical removal, i let the 8 x 11 pad set on the vinyl for 10 seconds. The vinyl is then ready for removal. If you can remove the vinyl with one hand, you can heat as you pull.

You can Drive solid steel stakes through it. If it's tough, pre drill with a hammer drill using a bit smaller than the stake. Drive the stakes on a slight angle.

I'd say its the coro, and your prints are right on. I have yet to see a piece of coro actually be square. When you cut that board, if you used any of the factory edges, then it's probobly not square. Alot of times the edges are bowed as well... not straight, or parallel.

I know what you mean... Try applying with rapid tac.. chances are, it won't be there and will look good.
That's what i do on reverse applied to clear acrylic and it works. don't really know why, but it does.
