Take the tubes from the capping station off, fill a syringe with cleaning fluid, turn printer on do some cleans while forcing cleaning fluid in the tubes to see if they are clogged. I have been crazy busy all year and am not able to keep up. I just went from a man show to having an employee. He is quite eager to learn and is asking all the right questions. So it is a great start!

:goodpost: Can be a real pita when it is cut to deep. Makes it real hard to come off the liner.

If it printed fine the first 5-10 inches mabey it is fading out. Once it starts going grainy pause then cancel the job, then do a test print to see if all jets are firing. Or you can print bands of solid CMYKlclm and see if it fades out. Ink fade would indicate an issue with the dampers or air...
