  1. Need help please!

Close but not it. Street rod is more squared off, where these letters are more rounded. Also the middle line of the B sticks out a bit. But Thanks
  2. Need help please!

I hope this pic helps. I need the Junk B Gone font. Thanks
  3. Need help please!

I did a search for this font but the image supplied by the customer is too small to come back with anything. I am hoping someone will recognize it. Thanks in advance. Bruce
  4. Roland BN-20 Thoughts?

I would have to agree with John1. They a very limited at 20", they have no heaters, or aggitators for the silver/white. I would not be interested in trying to recover that channel every time you need to use it. Just saying I think it would be a hard printer to maintain. Bruce
  5. Who is cutting these and what the H are they about?

I just said it is not some Canadian thing, lol. It would be too funny if that was what it actually was!
  6. Who is cutting these and what the H are they about?

That is too funny, the aspect you don't have a clue what it is about. Here in Calgary they had an ad campaign on bus stop benches. All it said was "Get UP!", nothing else. It was a great design with the G&U raised above the back. They had these an atleast every third bench. They must of had a...
  7. CRAZY banding out of nowhere...

Hopefully it was on the right line and he has the parts on hand. Bruce
  8. CRAZY banding out of nowhere...

Gary, When you pulled your yellow damper off, did the ink start flowing back to the cartridge? If it did you may have a bad o-ring any connection all the way back to the cartridge. I really have no experience with your make of printer, but should work on the same princibles as a roland.
  9. Anyone have tips on wrapping a steel drum?

Hey pro Wrap What do you mean eh no? I do not understand your response. No I have not wrapped a barrel, but that is a flat surface, is it not? Other some minute indents. It is so simple. Come on Pro wraps you could do it 10 min, I have seen some of your threads. You are fast, AND YOU ARE GOOD!
  10. Anyone have tips on wrapping a steel drum?

Also if it is taking 2 hours to wrap just 1, mabey hire it out to someone more qualified. It should take no longer than about 20 min. And most of the time should be post heating!
  11. Anyone have tips on wrapping a steel drum?

Wow, Way less then the max for bridging(stretching) vinyl! Wrap the drum then heat the bridge, use a cotten glove soaked in baby shampoo and h2o, start pressing down with the glove in the center of the indent. force air out, and mold the vinyl into the indent. Make sure there is a path for the...
  12. Cj-500 issues

I just checked out one of Artbots posts, it is macmedia that he uses. I do think they are a merchant member here.
  13. CJ 500 SC 500 complete drop out of inks

I would press down on the problem head lightly(there is a tab at the back that can snap off)while doing a medium head clean. See if you can create more suction. Do some head cleans. Then do a test print, if it is getting better, you may need to replace the capping station.
  14. Cj-500 issues

I do not want to go there. Mother said if you got nothing good to say, don't say nothing at all, lol. Damn brother you did not unplug the printer? I always unplug it and hit the turn on 5-6 times to get rid of the electro static before taking parts out. On a more positive note, contact artbot to...
  15. CJ 500 SC 500 complete drop out of inks

So what I am reading is your left print head is miss firing? You swaped out the dampers and the problem follows? You swapped your lines to the right head and now the problem is on the right. You do not have a problem with the heads, it is the ink line. I would change out the dampers, but it is...
  16. Dots of ink on print

Lol:U Rock: Then charge double! Sorry Colin I am sure you have it fixed now, It just hit my funny bone.
  17. Thanks Fred!

WOW, Thanks Fred! Now I can really look green in an open forum, lol! I have been getting a bit of coaching from Evan, who is great and really know his stuff. Thanks Evan! I am looking forward to all the reads about embroidery and how it works. Bruce:thankyou::signs101:
  18. Logo thread revisited (Catering Company)

I like the bottom left as well. I would go with a solid yellow instead of the gradient(which is nice), so that it will be consistant for various outputs, such as print, cut vinyl, or embroidery. Nice work Jill!:toasting:
  19. Fun little project today
