In colorrip preview you can move it manually to where you want it. I don't think there's an auto feature for it (AFAIK)

Even the zero gap in versaworks leaves a slight gap, you have to lay it up in your design program, but unless you eliminate one of the cutpaths where they merge, its still gonna do the extra cut.

I don't use it myself, but have read a bit about it. It integrates with Quickbooks, not sure about MYOB, but Kevin will help ya out with any questions.

Maybe try some matte laminate squares over the rego marks on the gloss?

you just trim the white off the top of the rego marks to send back through. worked for me.

ya, VW sucks at that stuff. I used to get some cut vinyl jobs where it would inch itself forward to the end of the file(painfully slowly), before it would go back and cut from the start, no setting changes, didn't seem to matter how the file was layed out...ugh.

i just read that bordeaux are gonna start manufacturing in the US, so you might get better support out of them if that helps.

turn off 'full width scan' in the printer settings.

they(the "client") don't even give you the option of an air release material most of the time, you get supplied sh*t and apply it in an unrealistic time for any finishing. You take the work or you don't, its short term advertising and these marketing guys aren't shopping for longevity or...
