Put a bit of masking tape on the platen where the edge of your material is and advance it all the way to the end of the job(or at least halfway) before you start the cut, and I think you will find it may just not be fed in straight initially.

In Versaworks you need to have the queue A or B settings set to save after ripping/printing, but from what your describing you may have/not set it to centre on material during one of but not the other steps. Did it cut just to the side of the graphics or completely random? As far as laminating...

None of the guides have enough downforce on them to affect feed rates, and the roland platen never gets hot enough to make them stick to anything, so I am curious as to their technical function.

Clear Focus Superview Interior, but its clear perf thats reverse printed(need to be able to print white). No idea who has it or what its called there.
