not used it much except for banners, so not really, but going with a higher mix of water like 50/50 might be better. In a perfect world i'd probably go with an optically clear cast if you have some though.

that LG stuff is polymeric I believe, so I wouldn't use that, but clearshield or, I think the 900 series has a clear, or any cast O/L would be fine.

You should be able to max the drier out(50?) with no issues on banner.

too heavy, cutting is a nightmare if at all possible, print quality is crap(possibly from not being able to get enough heat) as the ink just seemed to pool on top and forget about any fine detail. Might have just been me, but I gave up on the stuff. Was using a VP 540..
