You should be able to adjust the periodic cleaning cycle in the printer menu somewhere, not sure about the older printer, but there should also be an option to stop it from doing the clean during printing.
You should have been able to save it by holding F8 at startup, but now you have uninstalled, try this from the coreldraw forum:
Go to Start Menu and click Run
Type %appdata% and hit Enter
Get into the folder named Corel
Delete the folder named Graphics 13
Paper and polyprop were about the only 2 products I could never put on the take up reel due to not drying, unless I really slowed the head speed down. So unless I'm missing something, 1 hour is nowhere near enough outgas time(we used to leave em at least overnight).
But defo look into your ink...
The search function here isn't that great, just add signs101 at the end of your google search and you should get a lot better results. And do a search for the Wit Color 9000 if you want to check out a supposedly better made chinese unit for starters.

I download everything TV via torrents after they have aired without a hint of guilt.
I'm not gonna wait 3 years for a US or UK show to make it to Australian TV.
Live sport is the exception.
Main thing is just prep with soap/water then isopropanol. No hydrocarbons(wax & grease etc) as it will attack the adhesive. Install, laminated or not is easy as.
So to protect(mask) a tourist/landmark site from renovation work is a waste of money now?
I'm gonna have a hard time convincing customers in a tourism based town of that. I can see these photo's being pasted everywhere, and people paying money to go and have a look(I would).
