Tubelite carries 4'x12' sheets. I would wrap the inside edges where the seams are so the image flows better and you don't have to worry about the prints shrinking at the seam.
Ours don't sit around that long, but we shake them when we install them.
You don't want to run a swab over your print head. I have lightly pressed the swab to the print head when I see build up, but very lightly and held it there for a few seconds. Don't rub the swab back and forth tho.
If you have been using that profile, material and ink and haven't had this problem before, my guess would be a bad ink cartridge. Did this start happening after replacing one of your inks?
I don't have a flat bed but we did build a separate room for our printer and for outgassing. We hooked up and exhaust fan and instead of hooking it to our central AC and have the fumes circulate, we put in a window shaker for climate control.

Alot of times when I am doing a job like this and overprinting the inks I will lighten the colors in the file to compensate for the extra ink it is laying down. Sometimes the prints come out too dark. Just something else to keep in mind when you are redoing this.
I also was approved through a smaller community bank this time around.
But I was told (by my bank) you can only apply in one place, if there are multiple applications for the same business they will not be processed. Im not sure if that's true.
It's all in the wrist. It sounds to me like you aren't putting enough pressure on the squeegee, or you aren't replacing them often enough. When the edge of the squeegee isn't flat it creates bubbles. If you are doing wet application you made need a tad more slide and use a lot of pressure to...
