You should leave them plugged in. If they don't cycle regularly the heads can dry up. The cost of electricity is minimal compared to the headaches and costs of getting your machines back up and running.

Tubelite sells 91% by the gallon and 5 gallon. I've also ordered it through Amazon.

We never use adhesive remover on glass. We remove the vinyl and then soak the hell out of the adhesive with windex and scrape it off using a flat razor blade. The windex gives the blade plenty of slide. Then we go over the window a couple of times with 91% alcohol.

I have a Techno CNC. I cut aluminum with no misting system. I use a 1/4" bit in 2 passes. 100 ipm at 18000 rpms. We spray glue the aluminum down to a sheet of coro before cutting.

This is the primer I use from Tubelite. I use SW latex paints, 2-3 coats for finishing. Be sure to lightly sand your flat spots and then rinse the sign with water and let thoroughly dry before priming/painting.

I have the same problem in Illustrator. It will do it on some files and not others, even when I design them exactly the same way. I use a contour stroke of .2 It doesn't seem like there's any rhyme or reason although I'm sure there is.
