  9. Copyright infringment/ and or Fair Use?

Dan, the place to start is by letting them know you and your client are aware of the infringement and politely ask them to remove it. If they do not comply, register a DMCA complaint with their internet provider, Google and their advertisers, if any.

A lot of good info here. http://lorelle.wordpress.com/2006/04/10/what-do-you-do-when-someone-steals-your-content/#contact http://www.devtopics.com/how-to-file-a-dmca-complaint/
  11. Copyright infringment/ and or Fair Use?

Dan, you may already be aware, but you can try filing a DMCA complaint with Google. Fill out their online complaint with a URL sample of your work along with a URL of the offending page. Or you may need to file the complaint with the offenders web host. It has worked a few times for me.

Yes, I had read this, but I can't be sure just what it means... Only These fonts have that ability??? I'd like to hear from someone with X5 who has actually put automatic ligatures to use.
  18. X5 and Automatic ligatures?

I've been searching around and can't find if X5 supports auto ligatures. I will be very surprised if so. Can anyone tell me and if, as I suspect, it does not. When, if ever, does Corel intend to catch up with technology that has been around since version 8? I will not upgrade until.
  19. lettering on an old awning

I have had some luck, in the past, with flat latex on vinyl banners. If this awning is made of the same material, it could work. I'd do a test in an out of the way spot. Also check with your supplier, there are some paints made for priming banners.
