Summa S2 We had a graphtec F8000 and thought it was awesome. Then I convinced our owner to upgrade to a Summa 54" S2 Tangential. Now I know what an Awesome Plotter is. You will never believe you got by with out the Summa after owning one.

I personally use CoCut 2015 Professional. But also had the same problem that I had to wait to switch to X7 until the new Version of CoCut came out. I really like CoCut the included Corel Toolbar adds other useful tools besides just the cut function.

Tech will be out tomorrow. Just signed up the for extended warranty through HP last week. Looks like it was a good move. Both ISS boards need to be replaced.

I came into the shop this morning and found that the printer says that all 4 colors are missing ink. Seemed a little unusual as I have had in the past maybe 1 or 2 cartridges go bad but all 4 at once seems very strange. I tried swapping them out for new cartridges but still says the same thing...

I'll be heading to Las Vegas to purchase a new Laminator. I'm looking seriously at the US Tech Heat Assist 65". Was wondering if there is anything else out there around that price I should also look at?

IM having an issue where my laminator it will be running perfectly and then it just stops in the middle of the run and auto raises the roller. It's been doing this whether I'm mounting prints or putting a overlam on. Any ideas what is casing this to happen?

I bought one from Advantage and one from North Light Color. Both Experiences were Fantastic. Advantage took great care of us when it was delivered damaged (fault of the shipper). North light Gave is a fantastic deal.

+1 The vac system will pick up 80-90 percent of the dust and chips. The rest will just create issues with the printer.

It's dreadfully slow. I picked up a used one when I got my L260 printer and I regret it every day.

On the printer menu. Go To Media Setting > Substrate Handling Options > Extra Bottom Margin From there you have a list of options you can select. Hope this is what you are looking for.
