  1. Full depth pop-out stickers with Flexi?

Let me know if you figure it out, I tried doing my kiss/contour cut in the slot without the teflon strip and had a bunch of problems. If you get it working please share!
  2. Full depth pop-out stickers with Flexi?

I think you'd need a flatbed cutter to produce the die cut like stickers you get from Stickermule that don't have any perf cut notches left on them, or you can hand trim em off. The other option to try is do a contour cut first then go over it with a perf cut, you won't get the little notch...
  3. Throw away laminator

Same here, one of those Orange ones, 1 year plus and I think I screwed up one job. Granted my runs are 8 to 10 feet max, but it has worked well for what we do.
  4. Suggestions HP Latex 570 or Epson 80600

Replace Epson with HP...same could be said.
  5. Suggestions HP Latex 570 or Epson 80600

I just wish they made a smaller version, 36" or 44" version, if so I'd have one. I don't need another 64" printer.
  6. Why JV150 So Cheap?

Doug, are you using SS21 or the ES3 inks in your CJV?
  7. HP discontinued Pantone color charts in HP Flexi Sign Pro Software?!?!?!?!!

  8. Summa Tangential vs Drag

  10. Question Wide Format Sublimation Printers

Hey All, I've been reading more about dye sublimation, and it looks like a lot of sublimation is used for smallish promotional stuff (cups, mugs, water bottles, etc) and clothing...just curious what people do with the large format printers 40"+ and bigger, like from Roland and Epson. What are...
  11. SMALL flatbed UV printer for bottles, etc...

These vendors make me laugh...promotion? Spend $30K and get a free set of inks? LOL
  12. SMALL flatbed UV printer for bottles, etc...

Hey CropMarks, agree with you on the cost of the UV's! Just curious, what sublim printer you have?
  13. Cutting down stickers

Wow, what a frustrating day. I spent the last 5 or 6 hours with the FC8600 testing perf cuts and such, and the only feedback I have at the moment is THANK GOD for my Summa. I am getting inconsistent results. If I send a row of 3.5" x 5" boxes that have just a perf cut line around them, I'll...
  14. SMALL flatbed UV printer for bottles, etc...

That's crazy pricing, esp since that is their entry level model. And yes, that's a lot of beer bottles to start generating profit. I wonder why the UV's are still so pricey.
  15. SMALL flatbed UV printer for bottles, etc...

I'm sure 30k with everything you need. I've been looking at the Roland and Mimaki smaller units, and they are all 25k and up. Amazing these things are still so expensive.
  16. SMALL flatbed UV printer for bottles, etc...

Probably a bit more, they have a demo/refurb unit listed on the site, UV2400 for $20K, so I assume the new ones are a bit more.
  17. Cutting down stickers

Oh wow, another flatbed cutter! Those probably cost more then we make doing this hobby sticker/decal stuff in a year!
  18. Cutting down stickers

What is the procut? You hand trim all of your decals/stickers??
  19. Cutting down stickers

Bugley1 thanks for the info, such a simple idea too! I'm going to grab another blade holder and try this out. Also going to try and kiss cut and perf cut from option 3 too and see if I can get that working.
