    Yes you can do it manually. you have to unlock carriage from home position. Simply push head to the right side and slowly release it. There are small locker mechanism on the right hand side which should unlock head. Then just move carriage across toward the maintenance station.

    Are you printing in uni or bidir? Try to switch in unidirectional if result much better in unidir then recalibrate your bidir or check the carriage height could be too high.

    usually it happen when air introduced in the ink lines. If you move carriage toward maintance unit and look under for few minutes can you notice any droplets on the Cyan and Yellow? If yes more likely there are air going in to the head. I would check ruber o-rings, adapter, damper it self.
