I keep a box of dryer sheets next to my plotters...when cutting lots of vinyl I keep a sheet in my pocket to anti-static the vinyl and plotter periodically.
I have received the worst shocks from the laminator if I don't wipe it down every so often with a dryer sheet
We purchase as much substrate as we can from NGlantz. We also typically buy in bulk and 95% of the time Glantz price is better than Grimco. The delivery drivers from Glantz are much more conscientious of loading and unloading trucks and not damaging the substrates. The customer service is better...
My Grandpa gave this to me ..... Copyright dated 1938. The prices in this cover just about any hand lettering, sign hanging, gold leaf, office door lettering, vehicles etc -

we pound straight through the asphalt...did 4 of them last week sometimes they are a little slow to start and keep straight. I am guessing not much fun for whoever has to try to remove them
My only complaint with the Arlon DPF800 is the difficulty printing....the adhesive oozes out the edges of the vinyl. I have had it jam the media so bad that it crashed my printer and I had to replace the main board. So watch it close when printing .... the adhesive also gets all over your...
We have printed a few of these and it has always been the developer as the customer. The developer has made final decisions on materials everything from coro installed on construction fence to MDO installed on poles. Regardless of material selected we have printed them not cut vinyl.
