  8. Invalid pinch roller...

    We used reflective vinyl on the top of the pinch roller, cured our problem at least on a temp basis. It appears that the sensor gets some of the ink overspray which reduces its ability to see the reflected light.

    We are switching over to 14oz Zeelong (think that is what it is) trying to get some more life out of the banners account the wind is always blowing here. We also have had good success with the 10 oz Zorbex for indoor and very short term.
