Thanks fellas, .05 was not the part I forgot lol. It was how and where it got set. I got Versaworks set -- and I was pretty sure I had to set it in Flexi as well, for exporting so it didn't clip the edges. thank you a ton, Markus

We use the KOMA only-- small shop no material confusion :0) Its a great material-- Prints great and doesnt curl. However theres a few deals, you loose the last 15 - 20 foot from lines in the material. Apparently they fold a 1" piece to start the roll off. The in turns makes a bumped up line...
