Try not pushing so hard :0). The big squeegie provides equal even pressure across the flutes. I personally believe when your hitting it again the small squeegie it is pushing down on the soft part of the flute creating air pockets....check out where the. Ubbles are next time. Oh yeah and...

Turns out it was dirty behind the head and carriage--- I had cleaned everything else with the printer off-- never thought about getting the rest in cleaning mode----PERFET lol thank you all for your help,time and suggestions, Markus

Techs are telling me encoder strip also anyone have a link to a you tube or some info on flipping the encoder strip?-- I have watched some but they are short and silent lol thanks a ton for everyones help, Markus

Wow, this is not turning out well --- I performed all the tests and such as listed above. O the test print for the print cut alignment has me concerned-- its super "fuzzy" in spots and in some spots looks like double vision :banghead: Anyhow heres the last test print Markus

Evening folks-- lol morning for some :0) Well after two years I seem to be having some serious issues with my SP300V. The print quality has been getting slowly worse, I really didnt notice until recently-- just thought I was getting some bad pics lol. I tried to do some print, lam, cut tonite...

We also have the same machine. Simple things first--- new blade? We use the Clean Cut Blades from here: http://www.cleancutblade.com/ On regular vinyl we cut around 64 - 70 with a brand new blade and around 71- 75 with a beat blade-- thats how we can tell its beat-- have to increase...

We also have been using them and only them for 1.5 years now and have had no issues what so ever until 3 weeks ago. We had some lettering "peel" off a shirt----WHAT. Called them and they asked to reutrn roll to be examined, again WHAT, that was three weeks ago and I dont have any of the yellow...
