I print this file using other colors and don't have an issue. Now that I switched over to use the gold medal foil it isn't printing correctly. It's not printing full coverage of the image on the first 3 rows but the bottom is almost printing correctly. Does anyone have a suggestion? photo is...
Looking for Avery SC900 - 732 Lime Aid vinyl. They don't make this series or have a color close to it in new series. We need some to complete a project for a customer. I've searched other brands of vinyl and not coming up with anything. Anyone have a suggestion? Or have any that we could purchase?
We have customers that use their personal trucks for work. They use magnets normally. Now with the new aluminum trucks, what are you guys doing? They don't want permanent decals, because they take them off when not at the job sites. Any suggestions? I thought maybe Photo Tex. But then guys...

You may want to look into Fossil Graphics. They did a direct print to some type of pvc I believe for us a while back. Looked really nice, but I can't remember what it cost.
We recently switched to Avery 1005 EZ RS and 1360 Gloss Lam. We had been using Oracal 3751 GRA and 290 Gloss lam. The installers out back like the fact that the Avery is much easier to work with (much less initial tack and easy to snap back). The Oracal and 3M that we have used in the past...
Got a roll of Avery 1005 EZ RS and 1360 Lam to try for a wrap because I was tired of how aggressive Orafol 3751RA is for initial tack. Anyway, did the wrap and tried to use the Yellowtools BodyGuard Knife from Fellers to slit the backer and it would not slide at all. I have used it thousands...
Depending on the size you need, we have been using the Gerber LexEdge 2. It is an expensive route, but the hospital pays for it. On larger signs we use Magic SCF-7.
Any regular sign vendor should be able to get it for you.
I have noticed that our XC-540 does this as well. From my experience, I just release the media clams and start over. I try to get the front registration marks in line with the head so that I don't have to move the media forward or backward. Once I get it loaded and hit set up, I just move the...
DocZoom, have you done the job yet? If so what did you end up using? I have a customer that wants to out their logo on a indoor basketball court and am looking at the different options.
We have used Gerber LexEdge before - 15" roll. We cut it on our HS-15 plus. Also, cut it slow, and not all the way through. Then when done, you should be able to use you hands and pop out the cut areas. May take a few tries to get the pressure just right.
