Like the title says I am looking for ideas for a neat rack that can hold banners, magnets, coro, foamcore panels ect until the customer picks up. A search did not yield me anything on the topic, thanks in advance
I would definitely recommend going deeper then 24" the deeper you go the more ground forces you have to hold against your footing. The more concrete the merrier
You dont concrete small flag poles in typically, the plastic sleeve is concreted in then you put the pole inside that and compact sand in there. this allows the pole to be removed in the future or easily replaced
I would do a 18"x 42" hole and concrete the sleeve in. put the pole in straight...
we use CR laurence for silicone, they have removable tips and arguably the best quality silicone in the industry, we buy it by the case and it works out to just over 3 bucks a tube
agreed, the picture on the right is how it should be done. the left pic looks bad. Of course its up to he customer to dictate how they want it but its our job as professionals to use our experience to give our opinion if it is asked.
As long as it works for you thats all that matters. My only thought was that if you have to trailer it, it would be nice to have a little bit bigger platform and reach. the 1930 would be perfect for you. But you can always upgrade when the time comes. congrats on the new toy
Im you will find some use for it, not much reach though.I go higher on my a ladders. We just picked up a 1930 genie scissor lift and tilt trailer in january and its been great to have on interior jobs and awnings

based on your figure of 12k for a Chinese one. I would not be "saving" 10-13k, it would be half of that. I thought you had first hand experience based on how you always recommend them. Hope it works well for you. thanks
I can get a rolls roller for the same price as a cwt so its really not about that. the cwt table im looking at is 60"x140" and the rolls roller is 64x 122". my main question is does the cross bar on the rolls roller get in the way? the cwt table does not have it. rolls roller claims this is a...
Exactly who is "they" .Give me a persons name and number that I can call up and speak English too and receive technical info and details about shipping, delivery/setup? You seem to be always cheerleadling "them" do you personally have one? Sometimes buying from a company with a track record...
I am about to pull the trigger on a flatbed laminator. I can get the rolls roller for about the same price as the cwt. Which one do you like better. I have used the cwt at a show and used a rolls roller of various sizes a couple times. i really do not have enough time on either to have a...
some of our trucks have sign forks but some do not. We also have a couple trucks with in basket jibs which are the best. Here is one person installing 10'x8' faces. We still have single man fiberglass buckets that we do 30-60 sqft faces in everyday. Just have clamps and rigging for all the...
