wishing you had gotten the smaller one is interesting. I assume you do not do anything much bigger then 4x8? hasnt it been a life saver when you have a5x10 sheet to lay?
I have a boneyard that I keep the quality cabinets that i take down for resale, the alum/ steel. alum composite all goes to the scrap yard. ballasts, transformers get scrapped. plastic faces go into a dumpster for recyling
did you know the standard signcomp flex face extrusion can fit lexan as well with a channel for hang rails. Just letting you know that. But to give you a solid answer could you tell me the construction of the existing flex face sign?

Not trying to thread Hijack because I think J hills looks great, but those of you with cranes. You can easily build these in the shop and installed them like any other sign in short time. This is our latest one ready to go
Exactly, so instead of trying to sell someone on an led conversion becuse they think its the easy way out and just a magic solution why not learn one of the easiest setups to diagnose and fix. It could very well just need lamps, or worst case a ballast or sockets.
