This is a small 3x6 mini little handout we want to pass around to local businesses. Anyone have any suggestions on how to make it look better? I think it looks ok but tit can be better. The blue box in the middle that says "riverhead" is throwing me off. Im not sure if I like it there or a...
Ive always been a fan of making a simple bold box or ellipse with the text inside or extending past the edges with an outline on the text and reverse weed the lettering so the yellow can show.
Something like this
We were asked today to do prints for a sailboat race in our area. They want 100 large prints with a contour cut.
My question is, which vinyl should I use to print these?
They only need to last a day or 2 at the most, but since the prints will be in saltwater and it will be moving quickly...
We are using the brand Digi jet for out printer and trying to figure out which setting for this brand is the best. It is a very economical level of vinyl and I am going through like 10 different settings to make this come out right. The vinyl is Digi jet 903 its intermediate calendered...
I am doing a MDO sign and in the past I have sealed the edges with bondo. I have been trying to get ideas and asking around and no one really seals the edges of MDO around here.
Any ideas on what is the best was to seal the edge of MDO?
thanks all

I always felt MDO would be better in this case because its more ridged and the whole not expanding as much. Just wanting a few...
I am doing a carved sign with gold leaf and I am wondering how to install the sign without drilling into the face. I've seen a lot of different brackets but I'm not entirely sure which is the best way to go.
There will be 2 signs on each side of 2 4x4's. The signs are 3'x10' on 3/4 komacel.
Gemini can sometimes do custom lettering you just have to call them. They will tell you what they need and who to send it to.
If not e use Fineline routing out here on LI. PM me if you want his number. He can do pretty much anything with a CNC machine.
You can go to gemini and get a custom logo made. They can use LED's to backlite it. Or make a solid logo out of PVC that is CNC'ed and back light that as well
