I am doing a MDO sign and in the past I have sealed the edges with bondo. I have been trying to get ideas and asking around and no one really seals the edges of MDO around here. Any ideas on what is the best was to seal the edge of MDO? thanks all

I am doing a carved sign with gold leaf and I am wondering how to install the sign without drilling into the face. I've seen a lot of different brackets but I'm not entirely sure which is the best way to go. There will be 2 signs on each side of 2 4x4's. The signs are 3'x10' on 3/4 komacel.

I would use King ColorCore. It comes in a few color selections and is very durable.

if are going to wrap it, you can use photoshop and a splatter brush or make your own sort of flake brush. Not hard just takes some time.

Gemini can sometimes do custom lettering you just have to call them. They will tell you what they need and who to send it to. If not e use Fineline routing out here on LI. PM me if you want his number. He can do pretty much anything with a CNC machine.

You can go to gemini and get a custom logo made. They can use LED's to backlite it. Or make a solid logo out of PVC that is CNC'ed and back light that as well
