When you rasterize the object it has no way of changing or disappearing. Your vectors may need some tweaking depending on the program you open it up in.
It's tricky but you can still make a mask over the raster file to make the colors correct.
I'm on Flexi 10.5 and what I do once the file is ready for export is:
create an outline/contour around the graphic
separate the outline/contour from the graphic
flatten/rasterize the art to be printed...
When exporting files for others to print I send it as a jpg. 72dpi at full size or a little bigger. If it's text were I know the colors won't shift then eps or and ai will work.
Every program will interpret the colors differently, and his profile in his RIP is no different.

Grimco cuts 54" rolls down all the time for us, but we order from the Maryland branch. Ask for Scott, we use the Avery 2611
Advantage will also slit rolls for you, we have used 1 roll of the house brand and it works as well.
I'll bet it's in the file, if you look closely at that file you will see the black dots. It looks like a low res raster file from the image you posted.

Just my .02!
We have the same set up and use the smaller type 1 reg marks. Knock on wood only problem we have had was printing the trying to cut chrome, it does not work to well.....
Thought about that but worried about the jacket getting brittle after being in the sun and weather elements. Banner tape on the back of the jacket, just replace when needed. Still an option though
Absolutely not but the customer wanting to use duct tape on a new sign does.
They asked what the long term after effects are with the duct tape and the 210G laminate. Would the duct tape pull the laminate off, I don't think so but will not guarantee that.
I figured there would be a better way...
So the customer wants to duct tape the permits on his new 18" X 24" 2 sided site signs. The signs will be printed and laminated and the permit will only need to be displayed on one side. The substrate I will be using is 3mm ACM, I suggested Velcro on the sign and Velcro to the back of the a...
some of those serial ports for plotters need to be reversed or something like that. I know our old GRC-61 needed one of those to communicate correctly.
