If the stripes are still on the vehicle lay down a piece of app tape then trace them. Remove the app tape and place it on a flat surface then take your picture and vectorize it in your sign software.

I have a customer that wants a 3D image of a horse on a HDU sign.
This is something we sub out to Harbor and reaching out to them they sent me to www.vectorart3d.com and said pick a file... I'm not finding exactly what the customer is looking for and wonder if there are any other sites that...
Never had much luck with the Oracal wall material.
We use the Avery 2611. Make sure you leave a little White (1/8" ~ 1/4") beyond your print for the contour cut.
Knock on wood not many complaints or failures.
got this one on ebay, does what it needs to do. Had to modify it a bit to make it work with our 1204...

We used 70/30 is an area like you described and had the same problem. What they did was tint the windows with some 35% (I think).
Would like to try the 80/20 at some point.
It may not be digital print media. Standard Oracal for sure is Gray or clear, reflective has a Silver, flake foil look to it.
They may have printed on the 090 Silver then laminated?
