When doing an outline or shadow effect in Flexi is it advisable to seperate the outline to send to the cutter or does it not matter? I noticed there is no problem due to the fact that you can choose which colors to send for each cut but was just wondering if it made a difference or not.

Checked the forum search (did that first) and could not find any info on a similiar problem

I turned off the firewall and it is still happening. I guess the good thing is, I can still send jobs to the cutter. All I have to do is click on "OK" once it tells me the production manager has timed out and jobs get sent just fine.

Thanks Fred - those steps slipped my mind. Another question. If you look at my export attached, the inside of the "A" is fille din completely. In the photo of the original lettering the "A" is not filled in all the way. How can I accomplish this?

OK will do - any trick once done? I created an outline of text (evenly around all letters) then proceeded to do a drop shadow left but it appeared to have multiple cut lines in the shadowing - I thought I might need to weld the outline and drop shadow but that did not appear to work.
