I understand ..., but my question is in time of emergency ... lets say the upgraded pump goes whack, can I put the other pump till I get the new upgraded pump... as it appears I have 2 spare pumps but they are the older model...

Could someone recommend a cheaper good quality laminator, I am not looking for the best and I do not want an industrial tank, as I run my part time bus from a basement of my house... I was looking for a 30" - 40" although I could accommodate space for a 54"... Any help would be appreciated...

lol I have been squeeging my laminate with good success for a while, but I want to get a laminator I don't want to worry about messing up a nicely printed images all the time, I mean there were times I did squeegee perfectly but other times where I messed up the whole print... do you premask...

SCARY !!!, do they supply the learning test roll lol , I mean lots of laminators have similar problems when you first load them especially new ones , there is always the required setup time that needs to be taken into consideration, but once it's set up are there still some issues ? , I don't...

slow down your printer, there is a fast mode and slow mode when ripping in Flexi ..., it will improve dramatically , it has to do something with the moisture in the air..., I get this sometimes really bad just as yours... sometimes better sometimes worst also make sure that the fan rack is not...

thanks for the reply, no I send my print job and cut job as separate jobs, I see what you're saying with the 1" x,y offset, as I mentioned it works fine when I print at 0,0 and cut at 0,0 ... I will try the 1" offset see if that works... it's just odd that the position of the graphics has to be...

Yes it is offset by a distance but not consistent..., lets say 28" width I got 3 logos in a row the first logo from right cuts by 0.75" off the target, the next one to the left cuts 0.5" off the target the 3rd one from the left cuts right on target at left side but off to the right on right...
