I have a summa eclipse 64 and never had a problem... except sometimes I do have to rub the marks with my thumb..., however the D160SE doesn't detect anything .. it just keeps searching.... I will try to reset to default and see if that helps....

I also think it maybe too much heat or it may be too humid.... set the heaters on 29 x 29 just before you print raise the rollers and straighten the material and lock them back on , see if that helps... What rip is that coming from ??? also I wanted to add that I have had similar unresolved...

thanks for the reply, I too cut from a sign program lol , Flexisignpro so I don't think the program is the issue..., I have also an old PNC1600 and it cuts circles perfectly and effortlessly and nothing like the GX-24 using the same software the same shapes... Perhaps you're not understanding...
