    Black is usually the first head that gets damaged due to that it is the first head from material side when your printer starts to print, this is the head that hits first when you have a material strike of any sort.... My black looks similar to your test print.. it's a damaged nozzle...

    Is that a Solvent Mimaki or echo-solvet, because there is a huge difference..., I can tell you one thing that if that Mimaki is a full solvent you should have a good ventilation unit to pull all the fumes out at all times while in operation..., I remember when we were using straight solvent inks...
