Thanks for all the replies guys. It looks like in my state there is a $2500 max on small claims so I will need to pursue this in a higher court if I want to settle this properly. Otherwise it's quite tempting to go and just rip it off the truck

Thanks for the tips. I'm going to try the cardboard roll idea. That sounds like a great idea to keep the vinyl not so influenced. We were hinging around half up. I like the 18" down idea. Hopefully tommrow I can report back with some better news!

I posted a forum post about 3m's lam appearing cloudy. It seems to be the same issue. I order multiple rolls a week and it's the same story on every roll. This week I tried Arlons kit and there is no cloudy effect. Definitely something with their lam.

Just a follow up on this. I have been in touch with 3m. Turns out Grimco ordered the wrong roll and we were actually given controltac metallic and not the 1080. So that would be the reason why the vinyl behaved the way it did with no lam. What a bummer. Thanks to the good people at 3m. We...
