It's printed black and the graphic is a knock out so I don't think that will work. Would hem tape and a patch work you think? Messy but the logo is so small

I've for a client who brought over a giant banner they want to remove a small graphic from. It's printed on mesh.

We used Blaze Orange Matte Metallic SW900-371M Supreme wrap. It's a matte metallic finish. Very cool. But my client needed that in glossy, which they do not make.

So, my client wanted a gloss metalic copper. The avery material we ordered doesn't come in gloss. It's a matte sheen. I decided to take a risk and laminate the material with a cast lam, Bad freaking idea.. While pulling the transfer tape off it started to seperate from the material. ARGG...

Thank you, I printed it out on regular gloss vinyl. Looks normal to me, however the greens are still printing really muddy and strange.

Lately our greens and grays have been printing strangely. I did a nozzle check. All looks ok, except the green and yellow are really hard to see, is this normal for others who print out nozzle checks? See attached

Got a roll of Insignia Cloth (adhesive backed) to print on and the gs6000 ink was bleeding into the fibers. We are using Onyx. What profile are you all using for this? I tried the canvas one, thinking the fiber based texture would be similar. That did not work Any help is appreciated!

I ordered a roll of Poster Max from Magic. Has anyone used this stuff before? Is it reverse wound? I can't tell, the roll says coated side out, but both sides feel uncoated. It prints fine on both sides, just wondering! This is the product http://www.magicinkjet.com/product_141.html

Anyone try this stuff out on their GS6000 yet? Kinda freaked out to try it. Although the cost savings is nice, maybe not worth the long term effects...

Whats everyones process on lining up window perf on full wraps? We usually go right over them in cast, take those parts off then print the perf once we know exactly where the windows hit. Seems like alot of wasted material. Any other ideas?

About a year ago, we switched from all 3m to Arlon and haven't looked back since. Their stuff is much less costly and acts quite similar.

Any tips for single handing a trailer wrap tommrow? 2nd installer can't make it and i'm alone on this 24 footer. My ideas is to use a nice heavy tube and just use that to weigh the vinyl down and just work top to bottom

I have a client who needs a full wrap for a 2 day event, the trailer is a POS and has rivets. They do not want to spend alot, what do you guys think about just doing it with a calendered vinyl. Do you think it can look ok for 2 days use?

Well no because then you would just see white instead of grey... Even if you did see though a bit, it would be to faint.
