When you say you have replaced the black ink head do you mean the blank damper inside the head? There are two heads and 4 dampers in each head.

I've got a GS6000 thats printing broken nozzle checks. I've ran numerous cleanings and still can't get a complete grid. Do you think replacing all 8 dampers might solve this issue? The machine is about 5 years old.

I've owned this printer for 5 years and have had nothing but problems printing gray. Anyone have an solutions? Iv'e tried different profiles, all my grays either come out purple or green or just inconsistent from panel to panel.

Thats odd. I clean them regularly, they are very clean. But even at the low setting, it's touching the thinnest of media.

I used to be able to use my GS6000 on the lower setting for thinner media. After a few years I can no longer put it into that position without head striking. Any ideas?

I've got a job in cutting master 3, i'm new to this software. When I send it to CM3, it automatically is rotating my job from what it originally was and the Rotate button is grayed out. Any help?
