If it is the original head for the machine the head rank should be written on the head cable. It was written on mine when I took it apart the first time. They tell you in the falcon jr. book to write the head rank on the cable.

What is the font you used for Red Bay?

It's not the wiper itself. The arm that the wiper is in is what is staying out where the heads go over it. During the clean cycle it move in and out to wipe the head like it should but it stays in the out position when it's done causing the heads to rub over it. I have to move it in myself so it...

I just installed a new maintenance station in my Falcon Jr. Everything worked fine after I got finished but when it completes a cleanning cycle it leaves the wiper in the out position instead of drawing it in. Any one have any ideas of whay might be causing this. Stuart

+2 for Microsoft Security Essentials It was on my computer I bought for Signburst when I got it and it worked great so when my AVG subscriptions ran out on my other computers I have switched them all to it and have had zero problems.

Very interested if someone has an answer for this because my Falcon Jr. Does this also. It seems to be mostly from the black head.

Jackpine is right, the only way to get it is to buy a maintenance station. The cheapest I have found them is CMYKparts.com but I have not checked with Gregory. Let us know what you find out.
