Does anyone know of a easel back like in the picture that will hold up a 18" wide by 24" tall Ultra Board or posibly a styrene sign. The largest one I have found is the 15" one shown in the picture. I will need about 30 of these and need to find something with a reasonable price.

I have a Daige Quickmount 4 and it works great. I never have any problems with it. It's only 38" but I can see where it would be a pain if I had to have a larger one. But I don't regret buying at all, it's been a great tool for the shop.
No I have not changed the head yet. I did flush the head out with cleaning fluid when I changed the dampers. I never thought of there being something in the head itself causing the problem. I have been printing a small patch of each color at strart of each job to keep from ruining the print. I...
The caps have screen on them so there is no way the pads are touching the heads. The pad does show the cmy colors. It prints like the photo everytime you print. It can be five minutes or 5 hours it always starts out with the dark color then fades to the correct shade.
I know cross contamination started it but why is it continuing. The cap station has been replaced and so have the dampers. So where is the contamination coming from. I figured there must be some in the dampers that would come out when it started printing but changing the dampers didn't help.
My colors print starting out really dark then fade to the actual color. This started after the pad swelled and caused contamination. I have replaced all the dampers and drawn lots of ink through with a syringe. Do you think there is still some contaminated ink somewhere getting in the head...
It usually takes me a couple of hours but that is during work and with several interuptions. I could do it in about an hour or so to change it and make the adjustments. If this is your first time It would take a little longer.
Some of my most loyal customers are the one who tried someone else only to get poor quality service and products. Yes I was disappointed when I noticed that a customer went some where else but it feels great when they came back becasue of our quality and service. Most of them even tell me about...
I just noticed that CMYKParts now has the pump gear shaft for the Falcon Jr. available by itself for $47. Sure beats paying $500 for the maintanence station just to get the gear shaft out of it like I had to do last month.
I got mine from a different supplier. I called them yesterday and they gave it to me over the phone. They have them recorded in their system. I would try calling your supplier direct.
