8.50sqft is rather high especially if you are doing a set of letters for her. We usually give them a banner with a large order. I would love to see what a 30$ banner looks like though!
I am more concerned with you trying to sell a job for a sign that is large enough to be mounted on 2-12" square poles and sounds like you have no idea what you or the customer needs/wants.
Sounds like you simply want a cabinet 12" deep mounted between two poles....thats all you had to say...
Why cant you get it done in 5 days? Sub the printing out to someone who has the flexface material in stock. No sense in paying for this twice and you will if you expect a 6x18 of crappy banner to hold up.
In that case it must be the impact modified acrylic that they sell. It comes on a roll just like polycarb. Its breaks just like any other acrylic due to stress. Not sure why you ordered that as opposed to polycarb though. Only thing good about acrylic over polycarb for large panels is if you...
since when can you roll 3/16 acrylic?. Looks like polycarb to me and it comes from the factory rolled so proveer doesn't have a leg to stand on with that argument.
completely slammed. Jobs coming in from months ago that need to be done yesterday. Its a good problem to have I guess. Just wish all these construction companies would think of their sign needs before they are about to hand the project to the owner
