Like I said before I told the customer it will look horrible, Its their dollars to spend at this point. Im not going to be blindsided because I know, my customer knows this will not look too great. Hopefully when its done the end customer will tell them to have a panel put up.

Its all upper case blue times new roman with a black shadow, I am going to print and cut it on IJ180. My only question was is someone had a formula for the diff kinds of corogation. I have seen many diff companies install vinyl on it. Its a pain in the *** yes but luckily this is only 19"x198"...
We need to install some letters on a press box of a local school stadium. the press box is vertical corrogated metal like you would see on a metal building. My question for you that have done this is how have you set up your spacing and/or stretching the width of the letters on the computer so...
like said above, use opticaly clear lam used for window perf. I forget the 3m model off hand, but thats what we use. I think its also used as their gloss lam
I was also thinking about just making my own with that harbor freight arbor. I might go and pick one up and make my own table for it. Glad someone else had my same thought. Thanks for the picture!

We dont have a flatbed. I print on vinyl and apply to blanks. Much easier to let the corner rounder take off the vinyl on the corner then to try to cut the vinyl around the corner with an xacto of a pre rounded blank.
yea Russ can do them for me too. i try not to rely on anyone as much as possible, not to mention it is easier to round the corner after the print is laid down.
we have two of the lassco medium duty. they are both starting to fall apart. I saw on the website they have one for the sign industry and costs 700, and includes only one die. Any other options? I am thinking about making an electric powered one but would rather buy. mainyl for cutting .063 and...
