Ok, that's freaking awesome. How are you applying it to the leather, a heat gun and squeegee?
*Edit, i guess im asking, are you running a hide of leather through a heat laminator and making the jacket, or taking an existing product and somehow attaching the Infinium to the jacket?
I guess my point is, either way i think it's a bad idea. Eco-solvents might not be as bad as solvent inks, but you are going to likely regret it. Can you not change your cleaning intervals to 12 hours? You dont want those inks drying and clogging your head... or what you think you are saving...
When we had our daige we somehow got laminate wrapped all around the roller, he had to try and cut it all off. Needless to say, we had a cut in the roller by the time we were finished. (We shortly after removed the back shelf from that *#&%& and it helped prevent that from happening again.)...
So, I just called grimco to order dampers, and they quoted me $46 each. I asked, are you sure that's not for all 8? They said no. I laughed. So, anyone had any luck buying the $5 versions online, or do any of the MM's here have them?
woot.com will occasionally have a really good one on sale, and newegg.com is pretty much where i start when I am looking for computers or parts.
I second the android or ipad idea. You'll love it.
Here's an example - I am dropping a single color logo from illustrator to photoshop, that is 021C. I also have some other 021C objects (which I defined using the color book in photoshop) - they aren't even close to matching. So I do a search on Adobe's site about this problem, and they say...
We ran es3 inks in an office space, without ventilation in our JV33 for 2 years, most of the time it didn't smell. When we printed banners it would knock you down though. When we swapped to ss21 inks, the smell was a lot stronger, and we built a ventilation system for it. I wouldn't run it...
Not really sure what you mean, we have different settings, and by increasing the pressure, we can cut calendared vinyl, cast vinyl (thinner), and laminated printed vinyl all with the same blade.
Hmm, try doing an ink fill. see if you are getting movement in the lines. I am trying to remember, when you do a discharge, it asks you to remove cartridges, and then when you do a flush, you put the flushing cartridges in.. so yeah - I think your dampers should have been empty, or very close...
