    Most of the fabrics print all pissed out looking. Ultraflex makes several that print well. You may be able to get a small sample roll; UltraPoplin PES C240 UltraCanvas Economy C205

    0.060 is the standard height of choice, but don't be afraid to vary that on different substrates. Sounds like there may be a vacuum leak affecting the gravity feed that's causing the magenta droplets.

    I run the 1604. Is the PF adjust is dead on? Regarding the material buckling, I've found that lowering the pre & platen heaters helps. Some stocks simply don't run all that well, and raising the head height sometimes does wonders.
