Currently the routing work is done on the outside. 99% of them would fit on the bed. I would simply gang things up on the 4' x 8' in a manner that I can first give the sheet rough trimming to fit clusters of parts on the cutter. Does the edge show when you select it? It could be that the object became locked, or the edged became hidden.

Have another keyboard laying around? If not, unplug it and bang it around some.

No head soak mode. These heads do get wiped down. There are two heads for each color. I'll try soaking when I have a chance, but that could be a while. This sucker doesn't stop running.

I rely heavily on shortcut keys in Illy, so I never noticed. Now that it's been brought up - I hate it. It's the exact opposite of what it should be.

Can't help you with the Roland part, but that's what you're going to have to do. Given the size, you could print it at 145" to get the length you need to get the job out until you learn how to make the proper adjustments.
