in production manager click on the contour cut tab, there should be a check box and it should be under the registration section "one set for all copies" See if that does it

+1 it's the blade holder, you can try a drop of oil on the bearing but get a new one on the way asap.

I have a pantone chart but 288 is not in there it's 2188, not sure if that is the same. I'm looking for a cast material that I can cut with my plotter. I have access to Oracal, Avery and Arlon. Can some one tell me what colors are closest to that PMS 288? Thanks

I would just make those myself. Clear Acrylic with translucent vinyl is what it looks like.

The White of the 651 may not be the same White as the 3651. Compare the two if you can, or if it makes no difference then go for it. We've used the 3651 for White die cut part of a design on some stuff but it was laminated.

Don't wast your time or money on one of the cheap china cutters. Buy a servo driven (NOT stepper motors) plotter and you will be much happier. We have been very happy with our GCC 24" Jaguar and our Q54 (re-branded GRAPHTEC)

I agree with Techman, try the test function on top of the cutter. If the cutter performs the test function then the cutter should be fine. It could be a communication issue in the computer or your software, If you have the manual it will let you know what the new error code mean...
