okay, here is a little one... ups keeps dinging me $9.99 surcharge for "container not wrapped in cardboard". apparently they don't count a cardboard shipping tube as a shippable container and it needs special handling. I send out a lot of these tubes and about 1 in 10 gets this nuisance charge...

You need to have your whole site in H1 bold tags, black text on a white background and stick in some of those fancy new .gif thingies. Oh and don't bother with lowercase, search engines don't read them.

If it is running past the marks it sounds like the file has corrupted. It should hunt for the marks in the right position. Try dropping the file in again and re ripping it. If it is the same it will find the marks of the first job. Another option is to create just the cut file in your design...

I do all my Ripping and printing over the network. No problems. That said if you have issues that effect the speed of your network you may get jobs stopping or pausing. I had issues with a gigabit ethernet switch recently and pulled the old 10/100 out of the cupboard, runs very happily.

What did you do to stop the back and forth? Sorry, just re-read. Yes the back and forth is an issue, especially with complicated cuts. I there a way to take the contour cut and correct the sequence? is this a function of the position compared to other cuts in the layer in the file?
