Sorry I didn't get back to you sooner...
JHill has the right steps... When you're in the Cut/Plot screen click the "Tile" tab at the top. Then on the right side will be all the options for "Tiling" or "Paneling" the graphics. You can then tell the software how much of an overlap you want.

I'm not sure. The only time I've had issues with EPS files from Flexi is because I had large raster images embedded into the file.
Have you tried exporting as a PDF or AI file?
I have the same one for our server. That'll run for about 2 hours on the battery ... the printer, however, draws a bit more power and would only run for about 7 minutes. I'd like to buy a bigger one but need to save a bit more $$$
They aren't cheap but they are worth every penny!
I've had this happen when people email me EPS files created from Corel ... I don't know what it means or how to fix it. I usually just ask them to send me another file format, usually a PDF.

Some of the newer plotters can pounce as well. I have a 30" Allen Datagraph plotter that I only use for pounce patterns. I'm currently thinking of ordering a new Graphtec FC8000 and it also pounces.
