Are you using these inks in a Falcon or a Value Jet?

I like #2 the best.

They are good but you will probably get better prices from solventinkjet.com. I haven't used them yet but heard good things and will be getting my stuff form them next time.

+1 Dead heads. You can try soaking them but I doubt you will ever get all of them back.

Print a test print (hold shift and press enter) and take a picture of that. It looks like you have a lot of nozzles missing, the test print will tell for sure.

It sounds like you need to soak your heads. Can you post a picture of what the test print looks like?

Check with solventinkjet.com for your parts. They advertise here and from what I've seen they have the best prices.

It's not that bad, I have replaced the heads on mine. It took me about 4 hours the first time I did it to replace heads, dampers and maintanence station. It should only me a couple of hours to do it again. Don't you have a Falcon Jr.? Do you have the maintanence manual? If not PM me.

Have you tried soaking the head?

I have not used the FiberOn before but it sounds like a bad roll. Have you used the red on any other shirts before or did you get just for this job?

I have gotten a couple like that with them shipping a large boat and wanting the name put on it.

You have to have Flexi pro or Flexi print and cut to be able to print from. That is why you can't set up your printer.

Do you have flex pro?
