yup...used it to enlarge a big print for a mural...it worked well, but you need to play with it to get the best results. Also for big images, you need a lot o' ram.
I find that thinner release liners do tend to want to get trapped under the squeegee....so ya gotta keep pulling the paper out with one hand, or have someone in front of you that is pulling it out for you....BUT, another big issue with the Big Squeegy, is that the dang roll of material wants to...
If you'll contact me by email, I'd be glad to send you a sample swatch.
At some point in the near future, the images from the first collection will be available online for INDIVIDUAL download on our new website.
Did that...no difference. If I reduce the dimensions...or DPI it all comes back...but it seems I am at some upper threshold limit.
I am running CS2 btw.
Thanks JM.
I'm trying to smuggle a couple images from our secret lair somewhere near the Fires of Mt. Doom. (heheh) I'll see if I can't post some snapshots of art soon you've never seen done digitally before.....
I found out what it was...but I still don't get it. THe file size is pretty big, around 750 mb, and the dimensions are like 18"x18' @ 150 dpi. When I sized it down by a third, everything came back.
Does anyone know if there is a way to keep this from happening? Is it a scratch disk thing...
Thanks for the referral guys!
I'd encourage you to get it while it's ...err..HOT (ahem) because purchasing Volume 1 before Volume 2 comes out next month (I hope) entitles you to a special discount rate on that project...an it is bigger, badder and yeah I'll say it--HOTTER than V1!
Check out...
Hey gang...I have a layered tif image that I created in Photoshop that I'm having trouble with:
1. the filters are all grayed out.
2. I cannot save the file as a psd. In fact the ONLY save options at this point are: TIF PSB or RAW.
The file is RGB. I know there is some setting somewhere...
I can't see how there would be any issues. The image resolution, at 300 dpi is more than enough for the PC 600. I know there are several out there using the gerber edge and achieving great results.
Be sure to check out our ad in the Merchant Classified Section. the last day for this is...
Ah, Mr. Pribish, we meet again. Don't worry, you still will not be able to defeat my plans for global domination by the forces of the republican right!
