So what does Costco buy from your business?....If you get out and support local businesses, the new clients you gain from "word of mouth" will be worth more to you than any savings from Costco....
I have used PayPal for CCs for a long time and have not had issues.....Until today......I had a clients whose cc payment would not go through.....After talking to PayPal I learned there is a limit to the amount they can pay without having a "Verified Account"....Not a crisis but inconvenient......
I have no knowledge of that particular press, however, having owned swinging presses in the past, I grew to hate them....It has been a while but as I recall it seemed to take longer with them...Plus if space is tight, you need more room....
I have 2 16 x 20s and a 15 x 15......I use them all from time to time......If you must only get one, make it a 16 x 20......But as far as only having one, there is nothing I do in-house where I do not have redundancy.....My favourite is my Geo Knight DK20....

It takes a little practice but you can use your own eyes to line things up.....I know that my cutter starts it's cuts about 7/8" left and 7/8" in from right front corner of material....So long as I keep that in mind for contour cuts, I can cut without the eye.....

Stouse will do a good job on these....Also, there are places like TradeNet that do them on an HP Indigo press and can finish them with laminate or UV...With high efficiency equipment and processes and buying substrates by the truckload, their prices are very hard to beat....
My 1st experience with 4over Canada did not go well....At about the same time I found www.sinalite.com Sinalite has been good for me and the last time I checked, their freight charges were about 40% less than 4over....
